From 18 March to 17 April to QuintaForca, II Conference of Cod cuisine! Skrei cod certified from sustainable fisheries. A classic that during years has been a basic ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, rooted in our diet, especially in this period. Now is when cod spawn and will be fishing at the time that is fatter and stronger (Due to the kilometers that has to swim) that makes its flavor softer and mellow in the mouth.
